INSPIRED to the Max!!!!


So, I knew I would be motivated to work out. I always have been. The help I have always needed is my diet and I have made huge progress in making improvements there.

What I didn't expect is how much personal fulfillment I have had being a beachbody coach.

Not only is it even more motivating to have a team of friends and family doing this with you...by the stories......ahhh, that's what gets me! People starting to really feel good about themselves.

It's empowering to have strength and that's what we are all gaining. I am so incredibly proud of my team. Their dedication and even the support they provide me is priceless.

I Must Admit.....

These shakes do work. So, I wanted to document my own results.

I work out daily so this is truly from just adding shakes to my diet.

The shakes have really helped me reduce my cravings. I still snack but I don't seem to need as much to satisfy me.
