Courage

Its been a few days since my last blog. Life gets busy as we all know. This is one of the key reasons I get my workouts in at 5am. Today wasnt a great workout for me. In week 3 of asylum and bringing a friend through a PIYO workout last night has left me insanely sore. Now, although I love this feeling, it hurt my workout this morning. Definately was not at 100%. This is when i usually beat myself up. Not anymore though. I gave it my best and my body was telling me I had to tone it down.
